Quando você olha de baixo pra cima — pensando em dinheiro como escasso — fica limitado. Mas e se você inverter esse olhar?
Eu sou consultor de valores imobiliários e já atendi clientes com patrimônios de R$ 5 milhões. Muitos perderam R$ 200 a 300 mil em investimentos mal organizados. O exercício mental começa aqui: enxergar o retorno potencial, não o que já se perdeu.
Na prática: esse patrimônio estava rendendo cerca de 0,8% ao mês — isso dá R$ 40 mil mensais. Com uma redistribuição estratégica de ativos, elevamos esse rendimento para 1,2%, ou seja, R$ 60 mil/mês. Isso representa uma diferença de R$ 20 mil por mês que ele passou a ganhar — só com reorganização do portfólio. Esse é o poder de enxergar “de cima para baixo”.
Quanto vale esse ganho para você?
Se eu te ajudasse a ganhar R$ 20 mil a mais por mês, quanto você pagaria? O primeiro mês já seria lucro garantido — e a consultoria custa bem menos que isso. O que significa que o valor investido é muito menor do que o resultado gerado.
Treine seu poder de argumentação na empresa
Não peça aumento pela inflação
Se você ganha R$ 2.500 por mês e pretende pedir aumento baseado na inflação (por exemplo, 10% = R$ 250), isso é um pensamento de escassez. Em vez disso, transforme a conversa: mostre o valor que você gera para a empresa.
Exemplifique o seu valor
Suponha que você opere uma máquina que produz 100 peças/dia, com lucro líquido de R$ 10 por peça. Você está gerando R$ 1.000 por dia — ou R$ 20 mil por mês. Se você pedir, por exemplo, R$ 5 mil a mais, a empresa ainda sai lucrando R$ 15 mil. Isso é argumento, não súplica.
Se você, por outro lado, gera R$ 2 mil/mês mas recebe apenas R$ 2.500, você está afastado de dois lados: sua empresa perde e você não cresce. Nesse cenário, a saída é se aprimorar e buscar retorno maior — ou buscar oportunidades onde o investimento no seu trabalho traga retorno justo.
Práticas para treinar sua mente e ganhar mais
- Reveja seu ponto de vista sobre dinheiro: troque escassez por visão estratégica e organizacional.
- Quantifique resultados: quanto você gera ou pode gerar como consultoria, como funcionário ou empreendedor?
- Use dados reais: números falam mais que sentimentos — domínio de dados aumenta sua credibilidade.
- Argumente com clareza: apresente valor gerado versus investimento.
- Separe rendimento de esforço: seja consultoria ou emprego, o foco deve ser no retorno, não no custo.
